"Pasta Sauces" is quite simply the best pasta cookbook I have ever come across. Easy to use, the recipes are a delight to follow, introducing some new favourites and adding a twist to the classics. I would recommend this book to anyone who's a fan of Italian food, and I am sure anyone picking it up will have difficulty putting it down. A must!"
